Craniosacral Therapy/Massage
Rupert Crockett
Remedial Massage
Within the treatment session, a variety of massage techniques are used to help the body release restrictions/tensions. Very gentle stretching of the muscles is also incorporated into the treatment.
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a very gentle therapy that is done fully clothed although loose clothing is recommended.
The practioner uses specific hand positions in order to help the body release resrictions and tensions wherever they are found in the body.
The treatment involves allowing the person to completely relax and this really helps the body to repair and realign itself.
The treatment usually lasts for one hour.
Craniosacral therapy can be helpful for any conditions within the body since its primary aim is to restore balance in a safe and effective way.
Craniosacral Therapy and Babies
Craniosacral therapy is particularly relevant to babies and children, and may help in resolving many childhood conditions, such as:
- effects of difficult birth

- feeding difficulties
- disturbed sleep
- digestive disturbances

- and many more.
